*All SI / Rock Climbing activities are maximum 25 kids at one time, however, if combined with other activities larger groups can be split between two or more activities to allow up to 50 or more to do Rock Climbing.
Groups scheduling more than one activity may be divided at KGC discretion. All activities are supervised and under the direction of KGC Faculty. All groups are required to send one counselor/chaperon per every 6 children. Please read carefully the chaperon rules on the back.

We are pleased to welcome those with special needs. In fact we often have whole groups of special children visit the Kids Fun Factory. Typically group leaders have responsibility for all medications, but regardless as to what the special needs are we ask that you inform Mr. Kehler about the needs of the children in your group at least 30 days before your visit. The Kids Fun Factory is typically the best option for those with special needs, but other activities can sometimes be arranged as well. Give us a call.
Group visit guidelines
No outside food unless previously arranged. Tables are sometimes available if your group would like to stay for 30 mins. after your visit to have a snack. This arrangement must be made ahead of time in writing and signed by our Groups Manager. Although there is no charge when the seating is available, clean up of tables, chairs, and floor after eating is your responsibility. We can help you arrange pizza delivery at a discount price, if you call a week ahead of time.
No injured or sick children please. No stitches, arm or leg braces or casts. 10 child minimum. No wire rim glasses in gym or rock area. Shorts or sweat pants are best.
Nonrefundable deposit w/in 48 hours of booking: 10-19 kids $45/activity deposit. 20 or more kids $90/activity deposit.
Weekend Group Visits are scheduled and priced as "Parties" and should be booked through our Party Manager, not the Groups Manager. All group visits are by special arrangement and require setting up special faculty schedules so your patience is appreciated. It is best to book at least 6 weeks ahead but sometimes we can help you even at the last minute, if you get rained out of something else.

Group Visits are not officially scheduled until deposit is received and Group Leader signs the groups flyer, so prompt payment is suggested to avoid losing your spot. Group prices reflect a large discount based on minimal paper work and deposit within 48 hours of booking. Groups requiring invoicing are charged $25 processing fee. Please e-mail for invoice info.
