Kehler's Kids Survival Island is a unique, state of the art challenge course, offering ropes and rock climbing challenges in both traditional harness & belay format as well as free climbing & bouldering.
Our "play structure" is actually one of a kind, with many elements that incorporate climbing opportunities for children in a manner that facilitates the special requirements of this age group.
This is not a traditional softplay structure (such as our Kids Fun Factory), but rather a new way to teach climbing skills in a fun environment. Kids Survival Island has been many years in the planning, as we worked with designers from around the world to create a special opportunity for our children here at Kehler's.
A special small observation room has been added to the rear of the Kids Fun Factory area, to allow parents to observe the children during climbing activities. Parents may also watch some areas from from our large upstairs observation room. No parents are permitted on the floor in the Survival Island Rock & Ropes area.
The following may participate in Survival Island: Kehler's summer camp, private parties, Kehler's school holiday camps, group visits (scouts, youth groups, day camps, schools).
